The ProteoShell Kit is used to boost the yields of difficult-to-express proteins in bacterial recombinant expression. This kit contains our proprietary expression vector containing the ProteoShell, which your gene can easily be cloned into, as well as proprietary reagents that allow for simple and rapid purification of the ProteoShell from cell lysate. 
 
This kit contains lyophilised plasmid and reagents sufficient for 10 protein preparations. One protein preparation is defined as the lysis processing of 10 g of wet bacterial cells containing the expressed ProteoShell.
